Hoi iedereen, welkom bij GENKERKOT. Het vernieuwde gebouw ligt op een boogscheut van het treinstation en de bushaltes te midden van alle leuke cafeetjes en winkels van het Sint Martinusplein. Het exacte adres is Centrumlaan 20 (boven Shopping 3). Met de bus zijn jullie op nog geen 10 minuten op de campus Diepenbeek en op 15 minuten in Hasselt. Ook de LUCA school of Arts en Hogeschool UCLL.
Alle koten hebben de volgende faciliteiten:

Hi everyone, welcome to this brand new student house in the center of Genk. The building is a stone's throw from the train station and bus stops, located in the middle of all the nice cafes and shops of Sint Martinusplein. The exact address is Centrumlaan 20 (above Shopping 3). You can reach the Diepenbeek campus in less than 10 minutes by bus and Hasselt in 15 minutes. Also the LUCA school of Arts and UCLL Nursery School are very closeby.
All rooms have the following facilities:
-Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
-A top quality bed (excluding mattress)
-Large wardrobe/bookcase Large desk
-Air conditioning
-Bicycle storage (locked)
-Shared kitchen
-Shared courtyard
- Shared relaxation area with a spacious lounge and TV
We only do 12 month contracts.
