The place is really beautiful. It’s spacious, super modern, and has just been completely renovated and fully furnished. Everything inside is brand new, from the beds to the furniture, the living areas, TV, washing machines… we even have a BBQ in the garden, which is perfect for the summer ahead.

We’re building a warm and friendly community here. Right now, 4 people are already living in the house. They work in Mechelen or nearby cities and choose this lifestyle because they don’t want to live alone, but in a home where they actually know their housemates.

You get the best of both worlds. You have your own space in the house, while the living areas are cozy and great for hanging out, sharing dinners, or just chatting after work.

Location-wise, it’s ideal too since it’s right next to the train station, making it really easy to commute to Brussels or get around.

At Coloc Housing, we create shared living homes for professionals and international tenants. We’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented person to become the face of our houses and help build strong, connected communities.

Your role
• Welcome and onboard new international tenants
• Host viewings and follow up with applicants
• Help turn houses into warm, connected homes
• Coordinate small maintenance issues with technicians
• Organize community events (BBQs, Coloc Cafés, etc.)
• Grow with us as we expand our house portfolio

Who we’re looking for
• A natural connector who enjoys meeting new people
• A self-starter who can manage their own schedule
• A problem-solver willing to learn basic maintenance tasks
• Bilingual (minimum B2 level in French and English)
• Based in or near Brussels, Leuven, or Liège
• Bonus: experience in hospitality, real estate, or events

This summer, we’re opening three new homes in Liège, and the first one to welcome new roomies on July 1st is Rue Raikem 3.

This home has been under renovation for the past year, and we’re now in the final 5% of the journey. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be adding furniture, styling the living areas, and bringing the house to life.

We’ll be sharing the transformation along the way, so stay tuned.

We just renovated Leopoldstraat 113 from top to bottom, and honestly, we're pretty proud of how it turned out.

The house: 12 ensuite bedrooms, two large living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden, a terrace, and a coworking space. The kind of place where someone starts cooking, and suddenly everyone ends up in the kitchen. But you also have your own cozy space to close the door and recharge.
