Update from our first shared house in Bruges! 🏡

Next month we start decorating and moving in the furniture, and the house will be ready to live in from 1 January 2027.

Here's what's waiting for you at Gulden-Vlieslaan 35:

We take beautiful old Belgian townhouses and give them a second life. Each one is carefully restored and fully furnished, keeping the original architectural details that make it special, and turned into shared living for young professionals living and working in Belgium.

Our homes are made for people who want to stay a while (one year minimum), who value community, and who’d rather skip the hassle. One rent covers it all: Wi-Fi, electricity, cleaning and more.
