Introducing the new look of Spawn Point!

This summer, we unveiled Spawn Point as a small, cozy co-working space for 15 game developers, more than just a workspace, it’s a hub for creativity and community.

Nestled in Hasselt’s elegant Quartier Boutique, we envisioned a space that truly reflects the spirit and character of its surroundings. After a long trial phase and a month of dedicated renovations, we are thrilled to unveil the fresh new look of Spawn Point.

Together with LuGus Studios and Or&Sable, nearly 30 passionate developers now work side by side under one roof, shaping the future of gaming in the heart of Hasselt. If you want to join this growing community, don’t hesitate to reach out, only a few seats are still available.

Excited to be a part of the BeNeDrone project.

BeNeDrone explores how drones can be used safely, efficiently, and legally for urgent medical transport between hospitals in Flanders and the Netherlands.

Think of emergency situations where speed can mean the difference between life and death. In collaboration with aviation authorities, medical partners, and governments, BeNeDrone develops realistic test scenarios and training environments.

As simulator developers, we contribute by creating simulated training tools that prepare drone operators for high-stakes missions, safely, cost-effectively, and at scale

We’ve got the keys! 🔑

After months of paperwork and permits, we’re officially the owners of what will soon become a brand new gamedev co-working space in Hasselt.
The idea? Bring together talent and creativity under one roof, building on the momentum we started with the Limburg Game Guild and other initiatives.

We’ll kick things off with a short try-out period for a few early birds (shoutout to our future partners-in-crime: Business Goose Studios and Kabouter).
If all goes well, we aim for an official opening by the end of the year… or let’s be real, probably early next year 😉

It's ready! Welcome to House Alvergreen, the brand-new offices for LuGus Studios and our partners, who we invite to take advantage of our flex desk.

We are moving into a beautiful 1850s Neoclassical building in the heart of Hasselt's historic center, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cultural venues. Thanks to the incredible team at Deusjevoo, we've transformed this space into a cozy, welcoming environment for our team.

Thirteen years ago, LuGus Studios was founded, and from day one, we declared "LuGus-green" as our company color, symbolizing the positive energy our game projects bring to our audiences. Over the years, our company has evolved significantly. Initially focused on local B2B work-for-hire projects, we have since gained international recognition for our strong product lineup of simulators, which has revolutionized the drone industry by saving millions of broken propellers worldwide. ;)

Throughout our journey, one thing has remained constant: our dedication to our company slogan, "Serious about games." We've consistently shown that games are not merely child's play but can have profound impacts across various industries.

Currently, our company is experiencing exciting changes. LuGus Studios is expanding with a series of newly founded sister companies, that enhance our capabilities. Additionally, the LuGus team eagerly anticipates moving into a brand-new studio space. We've embraced the opportunity for a company branding refresh, introducing a new LuGus-green hue and a sleeker design.
