After more than a year of intense collaboration with the D'Ieteren Immo design team, we came to the most optimal construction method and techniques.

🚧 On the banks of the Brussels-Charleroi canal, the first drilling piles were built this week for the development of Mobilis, a bold and mixed urban project on the 10,400m² site on the corner of Industrielaan and Paapsemlaan In Anderlecht.

D’Ieteren Immo en hoofdaannemer Alheembouw kondigen met trots de officiële start aan van de bouwwerken voor het project Mobilis. De werf zit volop in de opstartfase, na de afbraakwerken van de oude site in mei worden de komende weken en maanden de beschoeiing en funderingen uitgevoerd.

Sonia Costantin is joining D’Ieteren Immo to fill our open position as facility coordinator. Her first day was June 7. Sonia has worked for a number of years in facility management and we are delighted to welcome her to the D’Ieteren Immo team. Sonia will participate in employee onboarding activities for her first couple of weeks on the job.

La Libre published a nice article on Mobilis, mentioning that work on D'Ieteren Immo's Mobilis project has started in Anderlecht, following the granting of the building and environmental permits at the end of January. D'Ieteren Immo started work on its Mobilis project

the beginning of May the start of the construction of its Mobilis project, at the junction of the Industriel and Paepsem boulevards in Anderlecht. In partnership with Alheembouw, XGDA, Boydens and Util (winners of an architectural competition in November 2018), the 35,000 m² complex will house, in addition to the "garage of the future of Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda', a multitude of urban industries, production activities and commercial functions. It should be noted that the project was selected as one of the winners of the Be Circular competition at the end of 2020.

D'Ieteren Immo has welcomed Massimo Semeraro and Denis Toubeau within the Architecture team and Caroline Claes as Facility Coordinator at the end of April.
D’Ieteren Immo has some exciting new projects coming up and their input and creative flair will be invaluable.

Mobilis receives building and environmental permits! Permits for the Mobilis project on Boulevard Industriel in Anderlecht were issued in late January 2021, with construction work started on 3 May. Wasting no time, D'Ieteren Immo immediately announced it would be collaborating with contractor Alheembouw.

Circularium hosts a shop in Anderlecht where everything is for free: "Here you pay with a simple thank you".

Aan de Bergensesteenweg in Anderlecht is een gratis winkel geopend. Je betaalt er met een simpele bedanking. Het idee komt uit van het Circularium, een organisatie die focust op duurzame projecten.
