“I enjoy being closely involved in the construction process, from the first demolition works and cranes on site to the finishing details, and making sure what is designed on paper works in practice.”

What is the most challenging part of your job?
“Keeping all the different pieces aligned. There are many stakeholders, technical challenges and decisions to make, and ultimately everything has to come together on site.”

At Traugutta nad Oławą in Wrocław, our Polish entity OKRE is developing a residential project based on the belief that exceptional places to live are created at the intersection of history, architecture and location.

Via stronger partnerships towards better outcomes.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming colleagues from our Polish office, Okre, to our headquarters in Kortrijk.

Over the course of several days, we visited a number of our ongoing projects, held productive meetings, and exchanged ideas, experiences and best practices. These moments of knowledge sharing and open discussion allow us to learn from one another, challenge our perspectives and strengthen the way we work across borders.

Together, we also took the opportunity to brainstorm about future opportunities and align on our shared ambitions.
