Promiris is pleased to announce that Quentin Bernard has become a Managing Partner and has joined Christian Terlinden and Cedric de Laet in the management of Promiris. He joined Promiris in 2018 as a Project Director and was responsible for the development and the construction of several projects in Belgium.
Quentin Bernard is a civil engineer in construction (UCL) and holds an Executive Master in Real Estate (UCL/ICHEC). He started his career as Project Manager for different main contractors and then continued his career in real estate development notably at Nexity Belgium and Eaglestone.
He succeeds Filip De Poorter who has decided to move on to a new stage in his career. He has launched a new real estate company, LAC Invest, which focuses on real estate development and consulting in Europe.

Promiris and CETIM have acquired a plot of land in Granada, Spain, where they will develop a 8000 m² above-ground student residence for Xior with 310 rooms and several common areas that will meet high sustainability requirements.
The residence, who will be operated by Odalys for 12 years, is located in the center of Granada, Spain's fifth largest student city with some 54.000 students. The project is ideally located near the University of Granada faculties and various supermarkets and stores.
This will be the fourth joint venture project with Xior and Promiris abroad.

S+A signs the largest and most emblematic project of Thomas & Piron and Promiris, Gaia Hills, a Residential development of 256 apartments in the riverside area of Vila Nova de Gaia.
The Hills includes a construction area around 30,500sqm, above-groud.
With a unique location, this project with views of Porto and Douro, incorporates visual, olfactory, tactile experiences.
This is an ambitious project that promotes the circular economy, ensuring a sustainability in water and energy resources.

Promiris acquired "Vila Nova de Gaia" in front of downtown Porto, a site with a surface area of 51,190m² with a development potential of 31,800m², divided into 5 different lots.

This exceptional site, located on the banks of the Douro River with a direct and spectacular view of the old city of Porto, will allow the development of nearly 270 housing units in different phases.

The development will be carried out in partnership with the Thomas & Piron group, leader in residential development in Belgium and the Portuguese real estate development group Silcoge.
The permit application for the first 2 lots will be finalized during the first half of 2021. The development will benefit from semi-public spaces such as an Agora and recreational areas, all in a green setting. The apartments will benefit from particularly large terrace areas.
