The final stretch for our LIFE6 project!

Located on Avenue du Lycée Français in Uccle, completion is expected in November. To make the wait a little easier, we’re delighted to share some images of our show apartment.

Refined finishes, generous volumes and the quality that defines this majestic project. The magnificent building with 76 apartments across 8 floors is now revealing its full architectural silhouette, and the show apartment is open for visits.

We are excited to share the latest 3D visualizations of Eldorado, our newest project in the heart of Charleroi!

Located at the intersection of Rue de la Montagne and Boulevard de l’Yser, Eldorado is the transformation of a former office building into a modern student living complex comprising 180 residential units.

Designed to meet the rapid growth of the student population, the project will offer comfort, mobility, and accessibility, welcoming its first residents from the 2027 academic year.

A distinctive architectural feature lies in its bronze and gold-toned exterior elements, giving the building a strong identity and an elegant, prestigious presence within the urban landscape.

The show apartment is now open for our project : Life6 in collaboration with e-maprod 🚀

Set in one of Uccle's most sought-after locations, with some of the finest views in Brussels, Life6 is reaching a new milestone. After the official works kickoff, the show apartment is now ready to welcome future residents and investors, and it brings the vision to life. Life6 is the ambitious conversion of a former retirement home into a contemporary residential complex featuring 76 thoughtfully designed apartments, 48 covered parking spaces, and 11 outdoor spots, all while preserving the building's iconic 1970s architecture.

L'offre de kots pour les étudiants du Campus UCHarleroi va considérablement augmenter à partir de l'année prochaine. Deux grands chantiers viennent de débuter dans le centre-ville. Objectif : une fin de chantier au printemps 2027 et près de 300 kots.
