ort Term/Holiday Lets
Duration - less than 12 weeks
25% Deposit required to confirm booking with remainder of full rental payment due 6 weeks prior to beginning of rental. Most major and some minor currencies are acceptable. A transferwise link can be sent for your payment. Rental rates for each house is on web page for that house and is fully inclusive of all utilities, linen, duvets etc. Long Term Lets
Duration - 12 weeks or more
1 months' deposit required to confirm booking. Rental is payable monthly in advance
Deposit is refundable once final bills have been paid and house has been checked. If rental, for whatever reason turns out to be for less than 12 weeks then deposit is forfeit. At the end of the rental property should be in the same condition as at beginning of rental. If the condition of the property shows more than normal wear & tear than repairs are chargeable from your deposit. Rental cost for each property is on web page for that property. can be supplied if requested. Properties do not generally have tv, pc or tv boxes, however these can all be rented if required. Utilities are charged at cost and are NOT included in rental cost quoted. Water & electric charge is normally collected with following months' rental. Most tenants pay their internet subscription direct to supplier. Day to day repairs are down to tenants - any larger problems are landlord's responsibility. Please report any problems as soon as possible. If you require a rental contract to enable you to apply for your lichna carta this can be suppied at a cost of 50 lev. From time to time also have a small selection of Property for Sale direct from Owners.
