Finding an apartment in Prague within your budget—without losing your mind. Is it actually possible?
Prague currently has housing options for almost any request. Right now, my database includes everything from private rooms and cozy studios for 8,500 – 11,500 CZK to spacious apartments for 14,000 – 18,000 CZK and premium villas. The options are out there.
But the biggest brick wall expats run into is the hidden anxiety of Czech landlords.
They are often hesitant to rent to foreigners. They worry about misunderstandings, miscommunication, and the language barrier. Because of this, you can spend weeks hunting for that rare owner who speaks English, missing out on amazing budget-friendly options and collecting endless rejections along the way.
What changes when we look for an apartment together?
- Czech owners feel safe with me. I speak to them in their native language, eliminate their doubts, and build immediate trust. You no longer have to overpay for overpriced flats just because the landlord happens to know English.
- I don’t disappear after you sign the lease. This is probably the most important part. I stay in touch with you even after you move in. Forgot how to process utilities (poplatky)? Landlord sent a strange letter in Czech? The boiler broke down and you don't know how to explain it to the owner? In any confusing situation, you simply message me, and we figure it out together.
Finding a home in a foreign country shouldn't be a source of constant stress.
If you are currently looking for a room or an apartment in Prague, send me a DM with your budget and preferences. I will find the perfect match and walk this entire path by your side. 🤍
