If, like us, you want to enjoy a winter ski holiday in quiet, luxurious accommodation or crave a summer holiday away from the tourist hustle and bustle - then it is time for a budget, bulgarian adventure. All of your holiday requirements will be met, without the nasty tourist prices. Our family has been enjoying holidays at our apartment in Razlog for the last five years and this year we are openi
ng our apartment up for guests. That is £10 per person per night if there are 6 of you. Seven days is the minimum booking and you will need to message us for availability. The apartment has two double bedrooms - both with their own bathrooms - a self-catering kitchen, and a lounge area with magnificent views over the Pirin mountain range. Please take a look at our photographs and the professional ones available on http://www.terra-complex.com (click on the english flag for english). Most of rural Bulgaria is 'under development' while they slowly recover from the communist regime and re-build the country, from the time you leave Sofia airport to the time you arrive at our apartment, the Bulgarian landscape will tell you its remarkable story. Our apartment is within the Terra complex and we can guarantee PEACE AND QUIET, there are no queues for the bar or such like - you may even find on occasion you have the whole pool etc to yourself. The apartments are used only by owners and their guests, so it really is total escapism. We urge you to think of it as a home away from home. Reception will provide shuttles to and from the ski area of Bansko during the ski season and there are a few other hotels similar to this one within walking distance, if you did want to venture out locally. Within a 15 minute free shuttle ride is the resort of Bansko (winter) and within a 10 minute car ride is the resort of Razlog and Dorbrinishte (summer). During the summer, we always hire a car and occasionally use the busy Dorbrinishte Spa pool, a fabulous facility that costs hardly anything and provides us and the children with a great day out. There is very little immediately around/outside the apartment, but that does not mean there is little to do locally! In Bulgaria there is plenty to see and do and a flick through our Summer or Winter photo album notes will give you a sample of all there is, click on the photo for notes. To enjoy everything the surrounding area has to offer during the summer it would probably be more cost effective to hire a car than to use taxis. The Bulgarians are 'interesting drivers,' but the roads are pretty quite once you leave Sofia.
