The rooms are in a lovely separate building, forming a shared students' accommodation. Plenty of natural light. After a complete renovation all bedrooms are painted in nice earthy colours, which together with the authentic oak parquet flooring give away a feeling of natural warmth.
Common areas in the building like corridors and stairways feature marble flooring.
We have rooms for 2 people and single rooms.
Quiet and accessible by tram, bus or bike – close to “Tsar Boris III” boulevard and the bike route that can take you to R***i Pametnik. The easiest transport is tram number 5 and you have also trams 4 and 11, but also buses 73, 111 and 260. Plenty of free street parking. The closest universities are New Bulgarian University and VUZF, with good transport connections to all major universities in Sofia. Medical university accessible by tram.
In the area within walking distances – shops, pharmacies, sports’ centers and various entertainment.
Lovely little restaurant just across the building.
The private yard is secured with a gate, and there are security cameras around the building, access control system is in place.
A word about ecology – the building is fully insulated, the heating is powered by locally produced wooden pellets and the hot water supply is mostly solar powered – making the building reliant mostly on pure renewable energy sources.

In addition to safe and cozy accommodation free of unpleasant financial surprises we also provide assistance with address registration, banks, obtaining public transport cards and anything a freshly arrived international in Sofia might require for their adaptation period.
The rent ranges from 400 BGN for a small single room to 500BGN for a large single with balcony.
There are also rooms for 2, which can be let out also as singles, etc. One studio for 4, one triple room for 3.
The deposit is one month’s rent.

Minimum rent period is 3 months.
