The living room sofa opens into a double bed, thus allowing you also to have visitors. the apartment can easily sleep up to 6 people.
Office option: The single bedroom can double up as a home office instead, and is already equipped with cupboard space as well as all the network and internet cabling system.
The kitchen is a separate room, which can be closed to avoid smells and noise from the rest of the home. Fully equipped with an extractor hood, brand new 4-burners modern stove, microwave, oven, plenty of cupboard space, fridge, and freezer.
The living room and dining room share one open space.
The utility room is equipped with a laundry machine and a brand new dryer.
The Entrance is furnished with plenty of cupboard space for shoes, hang-up, and other storage.
Additional storage room - at the end of the entrance corridor there is a small clean functional enclosed storage room with cupboard space and hang-up space on the walls.

* the immediate surrounding of the apartment is quiet and green, with plenty of greenery, away from the noise and pollution of city traffic, yet within 2min walk to easy public transport, metro station, tram and bus stop, and taxi stand.
* good neighbors - the majority of the apartments in the building are owned or rented by young couples, most of them English speakers. the building is peaceful. It is managed by a professional company.
* two beautiful parks very close by - the smaller closer one is perfect for kids, with a protected playground, green meadows. The bigger one is Zapaden Park (West Park) one of the major park areas of Sofia, freshly renovated, with walking alleys, as well as a section perfect for longer hikes in the forest. good for sports, and pets.
* Grocery shopping: multiple grocery shops (Billa, Lidle, T-Market, Fantastico, and an exquisite fruits and veggie store - all within 2-to 5-minute walk from home). A farmers' market 5 min walk. A number of pharmacies in the area, some of them 24 hours. As well as 24-hours shops for late-night shopping.
