It aimed to deliver a wide range of services that owners from abroad need for their Bulgarian properties. It was established as a natural continuance of our 3 year’s hard work in the field of Real Estate, its aim being to make property maintenance easier and more efficient. We now use our collective experience gained through the years to best serve the needs of our clients and believe us- we have

We carry out a check for damp, mold and infestation. Check the security on your property looking at all windows, doors and checking that the alarm is working properly. Give the property a good air to prevent the build up of mildew and odors

We will water any plants

We will check the property for any leaks and weather damage

We will test all your electrical fittings, air – conditioning units and electrical appliances

Bill paying Service

We will report you the condition of the property every month

A good clean once a year to include windows, hoovering and polishing

Emergency call out protection and dealing with the respective alarm company

We will be there for you when needed
