There you could enjoy large space and comfort furniture, nice and kind neighbors, birds and crickets songs, sea view and green days. BASIC: ADORA house was built in 1993. The house is a five-floored
solid construction with concrete slabs and brick walls. It is located in Bulgaria, near the third biggest city Varna (8 km), close to St.St. Konstantin and Helena beach resort. SIZES: The whole land plot is 1170 sq.m., the house build-up area size is 692 sq.m., including 50 sq.m. for the two garages. OUTSIDE: There are two big indoor garages; an outside parking area for three or more cars /flooring covered with stone tiles/; a wide green yard with green grass and three beautiful colorful flowerbeds; a wooden barbeque with roof, wooden tables and chairs; a little sidelong space in the yard to grow your own vegetables and fruits. There are two sun-boilers to supply hot water during the summer. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: ADORA house consists of a basement, a floor with a big hall, two living floors and last forth floor with sloping ceiling. The roof is made of roof-tiles and it is flue. The main entrance exposure is east, the main four terraces are south-east and south-west exposed. The house has central oil heating with own boiler producing heat and hot water, there are aluminum heating radiators in every house room with special term-control devices. There are also sun-boilers supplied only with sun energy in the summer, which is very useful and power saving. The water comes from the central water system and is drinkable as well. There is a telephone central device with option for few outside numbers and many inside lines, which allows to have a telephone in every house room and to call someone who is in different floor free of charge. There are a Cable TV, many TV sets and wireless Internet. ADORA house also has very good wall insulation: on the walls of the first, second and fourth floor there are installed “Depron” insulations which saves energy and keeps the premises warm, the third floor is recently renovated with plaster-board walls with very high insulation, the flooring is natural wooden parquet, very modern wooden internal doors, other special decorations.
