A Casa 15 is a two-floor house, located in a gated community in Cabo Frio in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Cabo Frio is a very touristic town located in the Regiao dos Lagos (a region famous for its lakes, slightly north up the coast from Rio de Janeiro). Cabo Frio is famous for its turquoise water and white sand beaches, where Praia do Forte is one of the biggest (4km long) and most frequented bea

ches in town. Buzios, the neighboring beach town, is only 20 minutes away and frequented by many celebrities such as Brigitte Bardot, Gisele Budchen and many other famous personalities. Arraial do Cabo, a town 10 minutes away in the opposite direction, is famous for its surfing and wind-surfing beaches. Not only is Cabo Frio close to both of these also touristic towns, Cabo Frio offers countless opportunities for surfing, night-life, boat trips, fishing, scuba-diving, bikini shopping, snorkeling and much much more on its nine beaches. The three most famous beaches in Cabo Frio are Praia do Forte, Praia do Pero and Praia das Conchas. After a long-day of great weather on the beach, enjoy the local markets along the Praia do Forte, the nightclubs and restaurants along the Canal, and the brazilian bikini shopping at Gamboa (famous across the country). The house is only 2 1/2 hs by car or bus from Rio de Janeiro where you can go for a day to visit touristic places such as the Sugar Loaf, Corcovado, Maracana (the biggest soccer stadium in South America), Copacabana and Ipanema beaches and many more. The house has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen size bed, and another room with 2 trundle beds sleeping 4 people. An american style kitchen opens up to a spacious living room , which is connected to the dining room. We have a brazilian barbecue style grill in a grassy back yard, where you can relax in the end of the day in one of the handmade hammocks. The house fits 6 people comfortably or up to 10 people. Free parking is offered next to and in front of the house, safely located within the gated community. There is a bus stop directly in front of the gated community. There is a watchmen 24-hours-a-day and there is a common area for the community that features a swimming pool, a sauna, a ping-pong table and a soccer field. There is a bakery and supermarket across the street from the community, a public hospital down the block with a 24-hours-a-day emergency unit, a pharmacy around the block, an internet cafe across the street and a rental bike store. Our Beach House is fully equipped with microwave, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, utensils, dishes, pots, linens, towels. Any question feel free to reach out. I love to chat about my place.
