For Brisas Avaré, engineered timber was incorporated into the architecture of the common areas on a significant scale.
The system uses glued laminated timber (glulam), applied to lightweight structures and large-span roofs. In total, more than 6,000 sq m of common areas were built using this material.
In synergy with its surroundings, the timber becomes part of the structure while also serving as an architectural expression.
