MS MATILDA MOTHEI

We are pleased to introduce to you Matilda Mothei, the Founder and Creator of Litt Consult Pty Ltd. A Quantity Surveying and Project Management Company that specialises in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services. Matilda is a professionally registered Quantity Surveyor registered with Quantity Surveyor’s Registration Council. She has worked as a Quantity Surveyor in large and small scale projects for the last 16 years both locally and in the United Kingdom. Having worked in one of the robust construction industries, she gained a wide range of experience in Public and Private Entities. Matilda is also a member of the Building Regulations Board. She has been involved in the cost estimate production for procurement packages for contractors, worked on production of Bill of Quantities and Contract documentation for tender purposes. Matilda is very passionate about the Construction and hopes to see a much more inclusive industry.
