Hillside View Estate has been managed by Promanco till date. The agreement with Promanco has expired on 5th February 2017. In line with the discussion we had at our last meeting with Hillsideview estate members the Board of Trustees have not renewed the agreement with Promanco. We have interviewed and appointed Ms.Phatsimo Legae to manage our estate. She will now manage our estate and i kindly request all members to cooperate with her and give your full support.

Dear All. As you can see the gates have been automated. Within the next couple of weeks we will be installing a goose neck to control the gates using cards. Every house who have paid the development fee of P7000 will be issued with 2 cards to open the main gate and 1 card to open the pedestrian gate. Members who have not paid the development fee are requested to pay immediately to our treasurer Mr.Leonard Matenje.

Hi We have installed motors for the gates. Very shortly we will be installing access control cards and each plot owner will be given 3 cards. 2 to operate sliding gates and one to operate the pedestrian gate.

As you can see in the front of the gate the water company is putting in a meter to make sure that they get the correct reading to bill us. It is time for all of us who owe water bills to pay it.

We are trying to improve our estate management? We have a current Management company who is entrusted with this responsibility. They dont have a job description. We are in the process of preparing one. Kindly chip in with what you want to see in the Job Description.
