Good morning our favourite people!

Ths is a very important information to all our future and current clients. We have decided to change our payment procedure to a new one as suggested by the people who are still interested in our services after we have been through a very rough year (2025) which nearly caused us to close down our company. From now onwards clients pay as per completed stage. Eg;
Batchelor pad payment plan
-Setting out, trench excavation and footings : P15000.00
-Foundation box, backfilling and compacting and slab casting - P 20 000.00
- wall to ring beam level - P20 000.00
-Ring beam and wall to roofing level -P15 000.0
- roofing P25 000.00
- Finishes P85 000.00
Total is P180 000.00

To all creditors we do apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will do better going forward. Modimo a nne le Lona.

We also do house plans with provisions of materials list and we can also recommend good builders to help you build your dream house
