Deal #6 out of 175.

Okay so I remember like it was yesterday calling this lead.

This lady had every reason to sell this house fast.
1. She was battling serious health problems.
2. She wanted to travel the world with her kids.
3. The property was vacant.

At the time I was still a rookie, skip tracing cash buyer lists and meeting each buyer at the property 1 by 1😂.

I remember the day I cashed the check it was a surreal feeling.

1 deal down, $10,000 richer.

This deal was literally the epitome of just knowing what to look for.

Because the house was vacant it had all the signs of clear motivation.

Next time you see a f***ed up house - remember this post.

I don’t care if it’s $1,000 or $100,000 it’s always a good day when it’s closing day.

This deal was an absentee owner / vacant.

Within two blocks of John’s Hopkins hospital.

The best part is the seller has like 8 more houses in the area we plan on locking up in the near future!

Monday morning let’s get to it! Don’t sleep on yourself.
