We have begun with our first phase of the project that will contain 15 homes with a community center and pool. Each House is a two-family home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a large open-floor design for the living room, kitchen, and dining room, and a large veranda. The home is 1500sqft and with the two bedrooms plus a loft, it can accommodate a family of 6 comfortably or a couple could have a home office and a storage room. The home is 2.5 miles south of San Pedro town (an 18-minute drive to town) and is a 4-minute walk to the nearest grocery store (Marina’s). Safty - Lotus neighborhood is part of ‘The neighborhood watch’ program (They deter crime and keep the area safe) and so it is considered to be a more secure part of the island. The house is built on piles of three feet, to protect the house and its inhabitants in case of a Tsunami or Hurricane.
