A prime example of why BC Strata’s need to respect the rules regarding bylaw decisions being made at Council Meeting with proper quorums including Request For Alterations

“ The case came down to whether there had been an agreement that the heat pump had been approved and a lack of quorum at a meeting of the council where the complainant was vice-president. “

The Richmond strata imposed at least $11,600 in fines against a strata owner's account for the heat pump.

This is GREAT for people who live and or invest in Strata Properties.

BC strata owners will soon no longer be surprised by long-term repair and replacement costs as the province closes loopholes.
