📈 June Market Update 📉

While we are seeing slight upticks in total number of sales in select parts of the Valley, we’re still in a very slow market overall.

Low-to-medium single detached homes are moving, while all other property types remain stagnant. If you don’t set a sharp list price, you probably won’t get much interest on your listing.
