Mike Braun - Fraser Valley Real Estate RE/MAX Little Oak Realty I was born and raised in Abbotsford, BC and have lived here all my life.

I’ve been very fortunate to have a well-rounded career that has given me the tools to become a successful Realtor today. I was raised on a farm, teaching me hard work and responsibilities. I worked for a few years in construction and then went on to work in sales at Blackwood Home Hardware learning a lot about products and people. Then I moved onto many years selling agricultural equipment and the

n bought my own poultry farm. I went on to help manage a large expanding organic poultry and dairy operation before deciding to become a Realtor in 2004. Real Estate has been a very rewarding occupation for me as my past experience and hard work ethics has helped me to become one of Fraser Valley’s Top Realtors becoming a member of the Medallion Club (Top 10%), recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award as well as the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. I believe that honesty and integrity will always bring you positive results as many of my clients have discovered. MARCH MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

“If not for the economic uncertainty driven largely by U.S. tariffs, we’d likely be seeing a typical strong spring market in the Fraser Valley,” said Tore Jacobsen, Chair of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- March sales were down 26% from the same month a year before.
- There were 27.3% more homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $974,400.

FEBRUARY MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

For the first time in four months, home sales in the Fraser Valley have increased as buyers capitalize on more selection and weakening prices.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- February sales were down 26% from the same month a year before.
- There were 45% more homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $962,500.
