Not having been Buyers in the Abbotsford real estate market since the early 80’s, these clients weren’t sure if anything was out there for them or in their budget. A great example of waiting for what you want, and being prepared to buy it! So thrilled for my clients who are the proud purchasers of this renovated rancher townhome in the desirable ‘Cedar Springs’ complex in East Abbotsford. We sold their large single family home in September 2023, they decluttered their lives and stayed in a short term rental ready to pounce on the new listing inventory here in 2024. A plan well executed.
