"It’s a bad time to buy..." or is it?

​Look at a 1-year chart of Fraser Valley real estate and read today's news, and all you see is doom, gloom, and bubble talk. It’s enough to make anyone second-guess making a move.

​Flashback to 2022: peak prices, maximum FOMO, and people rushing in out of fear they’d be priced out forever.

​Notice a pattern?
​When you zoom into 1 year, you see fear.
When you zoom out to 5 or 10 years, you see opportunity.

​I’m not the guy who tells you "it’s always a good time to buy." Trying to time the absolute bottom or top of any market usually gets people hurt. The real starting point isn't predicting the market; it’s knowing your numbers, fitting your budget, and looking at your long-term goals.
