Condo activity is slower with limited sales and slight softening in prices.

DETACHED - 69 SOLD, $632,693 Avg Price, (-5.44%) YOY, 57 DOM
Detached homes remain the most active segment, though prices have dipped compared to last year.

TOWNHOUSE - 21 SOLD, $417,613 Avg Price, (-.36%) YOY, 43 DOM
Townhouses show stable demand with a small year-over-year price decrease.

SEMI DETACH - 14 SOLD, $490,950 Avg Price, (-2.5%) YOY, 41 DOM
Semi-detached homes continue to move at a steady pace with modest price softening.

Huge CONGRAT'S to my sellers! Although they live in Penticton, they now have one less tie to Airdrie. I'm so glad I was able to happily end this final chapter for them. No more renters in their future. Took a little time and a price evaluation BUT we got the outcome we needed in the end.

This property received an offer on the weekend and is "Conditionally SOLD". Very excited for my Sellers!
