I 100% love when friends ask me for help! ❤️

I have a great friend that is pondering life and talking about what comes next. Over the course of time, that lead to a listing discussion.

I gave her a to do list (but she already knew what to do!) And she got to work!

She has done an amazing job to get ready for listing photos today! But Mother Nature hasn't completely cooperated with the outdoor work.

So, here I am, even if just briefly. I always like to meet photographers on site, and then I dodge around them as they take photos. Today I came a bit early, put outdoor furniture cushions on, and noticed the garden bed didn't get cleaned up. So I pulled out some gloves and at least got a start on it for her.

I get to easily avoid the photographer our here, and it is just a small thing that I can do for my client (and friend).

It isn't always glamorous, but it is always an adventure, and I wouldn't want it any other way!!

Oh, and, COMING SOON TO CARSTAIRS!!

HARD NO! Seriously, hard no, there is NO minimum!!!

My goal is to find you a home, in your budget that fills your needs. Period. Full Stop.

It is never about me.

This one went super smooth, right up until the roller coaster got a bit bumpy. But we pulled it through at the 11th hour, and firmed this up today.

A quick possession and I am so excited for this home adventure for my buyer!

Today is a waiting day!

So much about real estate is a roller coaster. Mostly for my clients, but I ride right along with them, buckled in in the seat right beside.

There are sooo many highs, and too often some lows. But it all comes down to 3 magic words.
