Administrative Coordinator

Homes Canada Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be a permanent, full-time position (Tuesday – Saturday) and is located in Airdrie, AB.

We are looking for a driven team member, who shares our mindset and values. This role includes opportunities for the successful candidate to continue to learn and expand their skill set. This position will involve administrative, customer service and sales support related functions and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
• Answering incoming phone calls and redirecting them as necessary
• Filing, copying and maintaining electronic files
• Submitting and tracking warranty claims
• Tracking payment of invoices and closing files when final payment is made
• Scheduling contractors and ensuing invoices are processed and submitted to accounting
• General administrative responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office
• Professionalism in all interactions with staff, contractors, guests
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Open to learning and taking on other tasks and responsibilities as needed

Salary is $17 - $19/hr based on experience
