These two are past clients from when they originally purchased this property, so having the opportunity to help them again, this time with the sale, truly means a lot. Congrats to Sean & Kate for snagging the home with the most epic mountain view.

Sean’s a friend from way back, so being trusted to guide them through this meant a lot. We’d been on the hunt for a while, and I won’t sugarcoat it, there were moments of discouragement, a few frustrating misses, and a couple of moments along the way when they weren’t sure they were going to find the one.

I first connected with them through a past listing of mine, and over the last few months we’ve been building out a clear plan to transition their life from BC to Alberta. Because of accessibility requirements, they knew exactly what they needed, and we weren’t going to settle.

Helping someone reach their real estate goals is one of the most gratifying parts of this job—especially when it’s right here in Airdrie, and even more so in my own community of South Windsong.

Corbin just picked up a solid property in a neighbourhood that continues to grow and evolve.
