Mike began his career as a successful salesperson in the Information Technology industry, at established companies such as IBM. His love of houses and his desire to work with people attracted him into the world of real estate and he has never looked back! Since then his success has grown, as his recent awards include Diamond 2011-2016/2019 (top 3%), Director’s Platinum 2017-2018 (top 5%) and Award of Excellence (2010-2019), a reflection of satisfied clients, repeat business and referrals. Mike has developed a reputation for being a very likeable salesperson because of his “no pressure” approach with his clients. He has been known to go that extra mile to help a client. Mike once drove to London, Ontario, to assist a client when she was moving there. He often arranges for a Professional Photographer and Professional Home Stager to come in to help make a clients home more sellable, and has even lent a seller furniture from his own home! Mike has a large family, complete with three kids, and his mother lives around the corner. As a result, he understands the importance of finding the right home for a family. He specializes in East Greater Toronto Area—specifically from Scarborough to Bowmanville. Mike grew up in Scarborough and now lives in Durham Region.
