Christine Brayford I’m a relationship-driven person who finds joy in family, meaningful work, and a simple life. I love being a mother above all else.

As a real estate broker, I put people first, and I value building genuine, lasting relationships with my clients. I am a mother to my 20-year-old daughter Hannah, who is now attending Western University for BMOS and French. Everything I am and have done, I put my daughter first…whatever career I chose had to work for my daughter. I have been married to my husband, Rob Brayford, for 25 years. I grew up in Angus, Ontario, and have lived within New Tecumseth for over 25 years. At a young age, I worked at our family’s development office and furniture business. I also owned my own Subway restaurant for eight years. I was elected to and served on the New Tecumseth council for four years, appointed to the Committee of Adjustment for four years, and worked for the local Alliston BIA for four years. I am now in my sixth year as a real estate agent and love so many things about this innovative and exciting industry. I love helping people through pivotal and sometimes stressful times in their lives. I am known for being calm, organized, and making people feel safe and confident. I pride myself on creating a positive, no-stupid-questions, comfortable atmosphere for every client experience. I will NEVER rush you to sign anything you don’t fully understand, I will NEVER ignore your calls, and I will NEVER convince you to buy or sell anything you are not fully confident in. Thanksgiving is a beautiful reminder of what truly matters. Family, the memories we make together, the traditions we share and the little moments that mean so much.

I'm especially grateful for the love and support of my family, the wonderful friendships I've made and the incredible people I have the privilege of working with throughout the year.

Home is more than just a place. It's where we gather, where memories are made and where the people we love come together.

Hannah’s moving day was last week, and as both a Realtor and her mom, these are my top 3 tips if you have to work the day after a move:

Make your bed.
You may not get your whole bedroom set up, but make the bed. At the end of a long moving day, you’ll be so glad you did.

Set up your morning and nighttime essentials.
Toothbrush, skincare, medications, shower supplies, coffee, whatever is part of your routine. Keep those comfort things easy to find when you’re exhausted.

Have food ready for the next day.
Stock a few snacks and make sure you have something for breakfast and lunch. The last thing you want to do is search through boxes when you’re hungry and trying to get out the door.

A good night’s sleep and good fuel can make that first day after a move so much easier.

And yes, Hannah survived. ❤️
