Well I have to confess to feeling chuffed.
I listed a wonderful property in Hansford Oxford a week ago today. I had three showings, and three offers. It has now sold.
The sellers are pleased, the buyer is excited to start the next chapter of his life, and I have dealt with some wonderful people both clients and buyers and other real estate professionals. Some days this is just the best job.

Just got the new figures for April for Nova Scotia.
Lots of positive news with more houses available, better prices for sellers and higher price to listing ratio.
This figures include HRM of course which does skew them somewhat, but still positive trends.
Now is the time to list in readiness for when the mortgage rate drops in June (as anticipated) it will then be interesting to see how many people try to buy pushing prices up higher!
If you are looking to buy, I would get in quick as well because you will saw more offers on houses and offers coming in high once the rate drops - supply and demand.
