1. Interest Rates have just dropped another 50 points.

2. Inventory is Up.
There are lots of homes for sale in many different price ranges. Many homes have been for sale for several weeks. Some home sellers may be open to receiving a lower offer. Try it out.

3. Home Prices have dropped
