This isn’t even the real view of this condo I just sold to my sweet client-but it’s the closest I have because this baddie was off market! Funny story, I met her at my last listing in this same complex and she really loved the building. We decided to return to see some other units and we ran into an agent and her seller getting their unit ready for market and they offered us a tour. After we viewed, there was no need for this unit to ever hit market. We put pen to paper and now my lovely client is on the top floor with a stunning, private view of endless apple trees! This one was absolutely fate. Congrats to all! Thank-you for your trust. :)

This condo was quite popular! After only a couple of days on market we ended up with three offers. This was an estate sale and not an easy process for my client. She was so hopeful the buyer would love the space as much as her mother did. Knowing the buyer not only fell in love with the unit, but truly needed the space because of her own circumstances, made the choice easier.
