Real estate in a small community is different. We see each other at listings, negotiations, community events, and local coffee shops. The culture we create matters.
A big part of that culture starts with strong leadership. Vanessa has fostered an environment where supporting one another, sharing knowledge, and celebrating each other’s successes isn’t the exception, it’s the norm.
