With our second option, homeowners have the opportunity to design & build/renovate their property into a luxury home for either resale or self-acquisition. Initially, we will have a consultation to better familiarize you with this plan. We provide construction financing to undertake re-development or renovations if needed through our partners and lending institutions such as chartered banks A,B lenders and/or private investors. We also provide help acquiring accounting, and legal advice in relation to our services to ensure that you are satisfied with every step of the way. Following the qualification process, TESA DEVELOPMENT will initiate the permit process, which includes architectural and/or engineering drawings completed by our reputable partners. Upon approval our project management division will start the construction process. Due to high demand in our services we are also able to source quality building material and finishing products in bulk so that we can keep building costs lower than competing developers without compromising on quality.
