The CRA designation held by Tracey Davies, is granted to individuals who have completed the CRA program of studies and fulfilled all the professional requirements , and maintain the required annual recertification credits of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. d dwellings containing not more than four self-contained family housing units. Tracey Davies has been a CRA designated appraiser since 1989 with AIC membership #263700 and CRA designation #2340 dated September 28th, 1989. Tracey Davies, CRA has been valuing real estate since 1985 in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, Initially working as a junior appraiser with an agricultural appraisal firm 1985 to 1992 and opening a residential appraisal business, Tri County Appraisal in 1992. Experience and dedication to her craft has enabled Tracey to evolve and grow with the changes in the residential appraisal industry and she eagerly embraces emerging residential appraisal issues, new technologies and concepts. Her initial training in the agricultural sector gave her a sound foundation to develop and hone her skills in the complex appraisal problems in rural, small town, and small acreage valuation techniques. Tracey Davies has been instrumental in the valuation of many high value and unique residential properties with complex valuation issues, including unique architecture, lake front, erosion affected properties, turbine neighbourhoods, and mould contamination properties. The team also includes candidate members of the Appraisal Institute working towards their CRA designation.
