So nice when you meet a lovely lady who turned around and drove 5 hours back to Bala to pick up her prize!! She was so grateful and had such a nice time visiting Bala with her daughter.

Christina and I had such a nice weekend meeting people, serving free hot chocolate and accepted donations to the Habitat . Total amount raised to come tomorrow!

She was almost home when she got the call that she won the fire pit from Forest Hill Real Estate Muskoka, Heather Scott and turned around and drove 5 hours back to Bala to pick it up. It was her and her daughters first time at Cranberry Festival. They were so grateful to have won!

Market Monday 📈

The February numbers are in and the pattern of few listings and high buyer demand continues.
