Our first Glamping Tent is ready for you to book and stay!

Escape to the Fox Hollow Glamping Tent, tucked among the trees on our 58-acre property just 15 minutes from Bancroft. Enjoy a king bed (or 2 twins), bedding, wood stove, lighting, power pack, BBQ, cookware, drinking water, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. Guests also have access to our private lake with canoe, kayaks, rowboat, swimming, and fishing. Hot showers and private pit toilets are a short walk away. Just bring your food and clothing—we provide the rest.

Here's some of the upgrades to Tait Lake Retreat that we've been doing to prepare for the upcoming summer season!

Summers are for barefoot living... slip your shoes off and feel the smooth wood under your feet before you dip your toes in the water on the brand new dock or jump off the platform. Our way of giving you a safer, cleaner, more spacious area to gather around the dockside bar.

Summers are for barefoot living... slip your shoes off and feel the soft sand between your toes around the brand new fire pit. Our way of allowing you to enjoy the fire without the 'skitters biting your ankles. The sand also helps prevent errant flames from spreading onto dry grass.

July and August are fully booked but the weather is gorgeous in June and September. Book your stay now and enjoy a summer vacation that leaves you with memories to last a lifetime!

✨Tait Lake Retreat✨ has some June weekday availability and a few September dates available. This lakefront home sleeps up to 19, with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Hot tub, incredible views, theatre room. A new dock and swim platform has been installed for your lakeside fun.

✨Rutledge Lake Retreat✨ has some select dates available this summer. This lake-view home sleeps up to 10, with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, has an enclosed hot tub so the bugs don’t bug and a huge screened porch overlooking the lake. More hiking trails have been cleared for you to explore.

✨The Homestead✨ is quickly filling up so book your stay for an extremely private off-grid experience with private lake views out nearly every window. Sleeps up to 4 with extra space outside for additional guests to pitch a tent. A new sh*t / sh@wer shed is beening installed with hot water and off-grid electricity.

Our self-contained ✨Campsites✨ are ready for you to pitch your tent or park your RV. Clean, open spaces surrounded by 58 acres of forest without the hustle and bustle of Provincial Parks. Two new sh*t / sh@wer sheds are being installed with hot water, just a short walk from all campsites and yurts.

Our ✨Glamping Yurts✨ will be ready to rent in a few short weeks. If you've ever wanted to try camping in a secluded forest surrounded by nothing but wildlife, these offer an experience to remember. Sleeping 2-4, BBQ, fireplace inside to stave off the chill, comfy beds with linens provided, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, outdoor firepit, bear-resistant food storage bins. All you really need to bring is your food and clothing.
