We are officially in the spring market! As we move forward we are continuing to see an increase in activity within the real estate market, with homebuyers and sellers eager to get out and take advantage of the coming warmer weather. Not only are we seeing more people entering the market, but we're also seeing an increase in sales, with homes are selling at a faster pace compared to Jan.2023 & Feb.2023. The question now is - how are the next few weeks or months going to look like? Is demand going to continue growing or will a influx of inventory keep the market steady
