❤️ RED DAY — May 14 ❤️

As a Keller Williams Realtor, RED Day means something very personal to me.

🧹🗑️This year, Christopher and I will be out cleaning up our condo complex together.

I’ve always believed one of the greatest lessons we can teach our children is this

👇🏼👇🏼

“Give back whenever you can.
Because what you put out into the world has a beautiful way of finding its way back to you.”

So if you see us outside in our RED Day shirts… HONK and say hello! 🚗❤️

One neighborhood.
One act of kindness at a time.

Sometimes the hardest part of real estate isn’t the market.

It’s the moment where you know what you want and feel the pressure to do something else.

I’ve sat across from clients who:

➡️Knew the offer didn’t feel right
➡️Knew the home wasn’t “the one”
➡️Knew they needed more time

But still felt pushed to move forward.

That’s where boundaries matter most.

Because the right decision in real estate should never come from pressure.

It should come from clarity.

My job isn’t to rush you.

It’s to help you stay grounded in what’s right for you, even when the market gets loud.

If you’re navigating a move right now….

Ask yourself this question.

Where do I need to hold the line?

“Later” sounds safe… until it becomes regret.

➡️Later, the house is sold.
➡️Later, prices shift.
➡️Later, your family needs more space.
➡️Later… the moment is gone.

There is no perfect time in real estate.
There is only the moment you decide to move forward.

If something inside you has been saying “it’s time”, trust that.

✨ Don’t wait for later.
📩 Let’s talk today.

I used to wait for motivation to show up…

✅For the workout.
✅For the cleaning.
✅For the things I knew I needed to do.

But the truth is…

Action creates motivation. Not the other way around.

And I see this every day in real estate.

➡️People waiting to feel ready.
➡️Waiting for the “right time.”
➡️Waiting for clarity before they start.

But clarity doesn’t come from waiting.
It comes from taking the first step.

So here’s what I tell my clients:

👉 Just start with 5 minutes.

⏳Set a timer.
🛑Give yourself permission to stop.
😩No pressure.

And watch what happens.

You keep going.

Because once you start, momentum takes over.

So if you’ve been thinking about your next move, your next home, your next chapter.

Start with 5 minutes.

I’m here when you’re ready.

Are you open to receiving… the next chapter of your life?

This is a question I gently ask many of my clients, especially the ones who tell me:

“I want something bigger… something better… something that finally feels right.”

✅A larger home.
✅More space for the kids.
✅A quieter street.
✅A fresh start.

But here’s what I’ve learned, both in life and in real estate.

Being ready for something new isn’t just about wanting it.
It’s about being open to receiving it.

And that’s not always as easy as it sounds.

Sometimes we’re so focused on:

• A specific price
• A certain layout
• A “perfect” timeline
• Or how we think everything should unfold

That we miss the opportunities right in front of us.

I’ve sat at kitchen tables with families who were searching for one thing.

And found something even better something they didn’t expect, but exactly what they needed.

But they only saw it because they allowed themselves to stay open.

In real estate, just like in life:

Clarity doesn’t come from control.
It comes from alignment.

When you’re grounded, present, and clear on what truly matters you start to recognize the right opportunities when they show up. Even if they don’t look exactly how you imagined.

So if you’ve been thinking about making a move.

Upsizing. Downsizing. Starting fresh.

Ask yourself this first:

Am I truly open to receiving what’s meant for me next?

Because sometimes the home you’re meant to find, doesn’t look like what you planned
but it feels exactly like where you belong.

In real estate and in life not every “yes” is the right yes.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned working with clients is this.

There’s a difference between a decision that is logically correct and one that is internally aligned.

I often see buyers choose homes that check every box on paper.

✅location
✅price
✅features

Yet, something doesn’t feel right.

That’s what I would call a “false yes.”

A decision influenced by external expectations, urgency, or pressure
rather than clarity.

The most successful outcomes I’ve seen come from clients who take the time to pause, reflect, and listen to their intuition.

Because buying or selling a home is not just a financial decision.

It’s a life decision.

As a Realtor, my role goes beyond market analysis and negotiation.

It’s about creating space for thoughtful decision-making, asking the right questions, and helping clients align their choices with what truly matters to them.

And clarity often begins by listening, not just to the market, but to yourself.

Stock certificates not candy

Years ago I remember a neighbour would give out stocks instead of candy.

1 Disney share.
Only to the first 50 children. 🧒🏻

We all knew we had to get there early.
Didn’t much care for the stock certificate just wanted chocolate bars. 😝

If I could only tell you how many times that 1 stock has split. 😁

Happy Halloween. 😜
