🗝️ I needed to hear #3 and #5 👇

1️⃣ Choose the house you can afford, not the maximum amount the lender thinks you can afford. (Ask me for my 🏠 home budget calculator to see what numbers make sense)

2️⃣ It’s okay if you don’t have a 20% down payment. 💰 Talk with a trustworthy lender to see what your options are.

3️⃣ Start small and use your starter home as leverage to move up to your next home. 🛠️

4️⃣ Don’t be afraid to walk away. 🚫 Title issues, an inspection full of red flags 🚩, or an inflexible seller? It’s okay to walk — something better will come along.

5️⃣ You don’t have to furnish every inch of your house the day you move in. 🛋️ Furniture prices are STEEP! Your new place doesn’t have to be a Pinterest board on day 1 (or ever).

The last 2 years of doing this were such a great success that we decided to continue on raising funds for the Seasons Centre for Grieving Children! My partner in crime is eager to join in on this again this year so we are able to go out into the Innisfil area for deliveries!

Let us help you surprise your kids, friends, family and loved ones! Wake up with a yard of goodie 🍭🍬🍫 filled eggs (filled with various candy, chocolate and toys) and a special note from the 🐰 Easter Bunny, all while supporting The Season’s Centre for Grieving Children! Let my bunnies do the work while you have all the fun! Rain 💧❄️ (or snow) fulfillment (will be placed on front step in bag in order to avoid spoilage from the elements if rain/snow should occur)

**Delivery is available anywhere in Barrie, Essa, Angus & Innisfil areas this year!

Ready?

1️⃣ SET YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS

Start each tour with a photo of the house numbers/address 📸
Create a folder in your photos app for each address 📂
Pack water, snacks, easy shoes, hand sanitizer & phone charger 🍫💧👟📱

2️⃣ AT EACH HOUSE

Open closets, cabinets, and drawers to check storage 🧳
