☀️ BBQ Season Reminder 🍔🌭

Summer is flying by, and we hope you’re enjoying plenty of time outside!

If you’re planning to BBQ on your balcony or patio, here’s a friendly reminder to check your condominium’s BBQ rules first. Every condo community has different rules, and some types of grills may not be allowed—even if BBQs are generally permitted.

A few quick BBQ safety reminders:

✅ Use your BBQ outdoors only
✅ Never leave it unattended while cooking
✅ Keep children and pets a safe distance away
✅ Clean your grill regularly and remove grease buildup

A little extra care goes a long way in helping keep everyone safe and making sure we can all enjoy the rest of the summer.
