One of the biggest pieces of advice I give my buyers?

Don’t buy the most expensive home the bank says you can afford.

Just because you qualify for a certain amount doesn’t mean you should spend it all. Homeowner ship comes with more than just a mortgage payment. There are closing costs, unexpected repairs, maintenance, utilities and life still happens after you get the keys.

I’d much rather see my clients move into a home they love with room to breathe than feel stressed every month trying to keep up with payments.

My goal isn’t to help you spend the most, it’s to help you make the smartest decision for your future 🏡
