Staying in my lane #1
I'm not an expert on viruses, or politics, or a lot of things. Though I have views on those topics, my expertise is in real estate. During these times, I've decided to stay in my lane.
Attached are some year to date numbers from the Barrie and District Association of Realtors. These statistics demonstrate a very strong market. This was before the current state of the country and will serve as a starting point to reference from.
For most, your house is your largest asset. Property values are good and interest rates are remaining low. We don't know the future but we know where we are right now.
