📊 April Market Update — Barrie and Simcoe County Real Estate

The spring market is finally starting to wake up.

✔️ Sales are up
✔️ New listings are down
✔️ Buyers still have leverage
✔️ Mortgage rates have stabilized

Right now, buyers still have time, choice, and negotiating power — but the market may slowly be tightening.

The good homes are selling.
The overpriced homes are sitting.

And if the right house comes along? Be ready to act… because chances are someone else may love it too.

We’re not back to the craziness of 2021…
But the market definitely feels different than it did 6 months ago.
