There are several things that can turn off a potential buyer when entering your home. Here are the TOP 5.
1. 👃A SMELL you can’t identify. You walk in and your nose wrinkles before your brain even registers it.
2. Carpets that used to be white. Now beige in the middle, brown along the edges and outlines of furniture that left years ago.
3. 🕋Kitchen exhaust that’s never been cleaned.
