Well today is Day 8 of attempted Carnivoire 🥴

I started this journey hardcore carnivore but felt horrible the first three day. Honestly it could be because I acted like an 18 year old during the holidays🥳 but that’s a story for another day.

So I made some adjustments. Here they are:

👉 added more fish and cut down on beef and added in some vegetables.
👉 breakfast - half a cup of lactose free and fat free Greek yogurt and a half a cup of blueberries.
👉 I’ve stayed under 40grams of total carbs a day
👉 around 1200 calories a day
👉 sauna 3 times in 7 days
👉 hot tubs every night
👉 lifted weights 5/7 days
👉 cardio 4/7 day

Results so far:
👉 down 6lbs
👉 feel great.

Plan for the next 7 days.

👉 because I feel so good I will repeat the last 7 days food intake but increase weights and cardio to 6/7 days.
👉 once I feel like I am plateauing I will go full carnivore 🦁

Note: we all have our own individual health issues and it is okay to make adjustments during a change. Do you!!

Day #3 - I jumped into an experiment called Carnivore 🍗🥩 well 99% Carnivore lol - had a few strawberries and some avacado.

Currently down 4 lbs in less than three days 🤯 probably water but I will take it.

I’ve seen too many amazing stories of people using it as an elimination strategy and getting outstanding results from all sorts of health issues. Truth is I haven’t felt amazing since I had those stupid blood clots a few years ago. Kinda tired of not feeling 100%

So here is my goal:
👉 drop 25lbs
👉 BMI around 18 would be great
👉 normalize blood pressure
👉 reduce inflammation (neck is always in pain)

Strategy
👉 99.5% carnivore (lots of food allergies so focus is on elimination to clean up)
👉 infrared sauna daily 🥵
👉 yoga 🧘‍♂️
👉 lifting 🏋️
👉 cardio 🚴
👉 no alcohol 😜
