Team Stephenson is focused on helping growing families upsize to suit their needs whether it be residential, recreational, or both. We take that very seriously.

Real estate can be a very nervous yet exciting experience. Real estate transactions are commonly considered the biggest financial event(s) in your life. People are generally very curious about real estate but not sure where to start. We understand it is not easy to navigate the process and it can be even more challenging to find a realtor who you can be comfortable working with. We will always advise potential clients to talk to more than one realtor before making a decision as choosing the right realtor can make all the difference in your experience and the overall outcome. For us, we like to get to know our clients so that we can do our absolute best to ensure their needs are met through the entire transaction. There can be so many nuances to a single real estate transaction and it is of the utmost importance that you have someone who has the experience to help you navigate these waters. It's a great feeling to be able to sleep at night knowing you have nothing to worry about and your needs have been met. That's where we come in. We've been working in our local real estate market for a combined 17 years now and we strive to treat all clients with the same respect & integrity as we would wish to be treated. We are simply here to help those that need help with real estate. We've learned most of what we know from our father Tom, who worked in the business for 42 years. With that kind of experience you earn knowledge that can't be fabricated. You can feel very confident putting your trust in us and we'll always aim to exceed your expectations. We look forward to hearing from you! Best Regards,
Jon Stephenson and Jeff Stephenson
